📢Important Payment Policy Update – Effective October 1, 2026
Beginning October 1, Shoreline Foot & Ankle Associates will implement a new payment policy for patients with an annual insurance deductible of $1,000 or more that has not yet been met.
What is changing?
🔹 New Patients: A $125 deposit will be due at the time of your appointment.
🔹 In-Office Procedures: Your estimated patient responsibility will be due prior to or at the time of your procedure.
Your insurance will still be billed as usual. Any payment collected will be applied toward your patient responsibility, and your account will be adjusted after your insurance processes the claim.
